The Site is provided for general information about Wizard Press and its titles. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt, attack, or otherwise misuse it or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access.
The Site and its contents—including text, design, graphics, the Wizard Press name, and the hat-and-quill logo—are owned by Wizard Press or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Book content is owned by its respective authors and/or Wizard Press. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing.

We welcome query letters but cannot guarantee a response. Any manuscript, proposal, pitch, idea, or other material you send us (“Submissions”) is provided on a non-confidential basis. We may already be developing, or may later develop or receive from others, material similar to your Submission, and our consideration or use of similar ideas or works will not create any obligation or liability to you. Sending a Submission does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or publishing relationship. Please do not send originals or sole copies—we are not responsible for unsolicited materials.
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as book retailers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizard Press and Wizard Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
